Jesse Idehen (05/04/1999) of Scarborough Street, Moston has been charged with causing a public nuisance.
He will appear before Manchester Magistrates Court on Tuesday 27 October 2020.
At around 9.20pm on Sunday 31 May 2020, police were called to reports of an illegal rave taking place at Broadhurst Fields in Moston which breached COVID-19 restrictions.
