Kevin Pryce (23/08/75) of Quail Street, Oldham has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, causing death whilst uninsured, failing to stop/ failing to report a road traffic collision and driving otherwise in accordance with a license.
He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court on Wednesday 7 October 2020.
At 8.15am on Monday 5 October 2020, police were called to reports of a collision on Lightbowne Road. The pedestrian – a 14-year-old girl – was taken to hospital with serious injuries where she sadly died on Wednesday 7 October 2020.
