A man has been charged in connection with an attempted robbery in Wilmslow, Cheshire and two robberies in Trafford

Detectives investigating the murder of a 17-year-old boy in South Manchester have charged a second person.

A man has been charged in connection with an attempted robbery in Wilmslow, Cheshire and two robberies in Trafford.

Jack Meek (18/04/1995), of Tipton Drive, Wythenshaw has been charged with attempted robbery and two counts of robbery.

He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Manchester Magistrates Court today (Wednesday 9 September 2020).

This charge forms part of an extensive GMP operation which has seen us work with partners including Cheshire Police.
