Phillip Baines, age 44, was last seen at around 4.45am on Monday 1 February 2021 at Fairfield Hospital on Rochdale Old Road in Bury.
He is described as white, around 5ft 6ins and of a slim build with light facial hair. Philip was last seen wearing a black super dry bobble hat, a blue hoody, a red parker coat and blue tracksuit bottoms with black trainers.
Officers are becoming increasingly concerned about Philip and want to make sure he is safe and well.
