James Booth was last seen at the Altrincham Priory Hospital, Rappax Road, Hale Barns, Trafford, at around 1.30pm on Wednesday 7 October 2020.
James is described as a white man, approximately 5ft 10ins tall, with medium length black/grey hair.
He was last seen wearing grey Asics trainers, a dark grey tracksuit with burgundy sleeves and a burgundy stripe running down each leg.
James is further described as having a lazy eye.
In a statement, James’ family said: “James, we are searching everywhere we can think of. Please come home, where you are loved. Mum, Anne, Liz, Clare, Mark, Agnes and the whole family miss you and need you back. Please, please turn on your phone, or speak with a police officer or member of the public.”
Officers and family are becoming increasingly concerned about James and want to make sure he is safe and well.
