Missing: have you seen Jemma Schofield?
Jemma Schofield, aged 38, was last seen about 1pm on Sunday 6 December 2020 on Preston Road in the Chorley area of Lancashire.
Subsequent enquiries suggest Jemma has travelled to the Bolton area.
Jemma is described as a white female, 6ft 1ins tall, slim build, with a shaved head, and was last seen wearing a grey tracksuit, black trainers and a blue cap.
She is on medication, which if not taken could have an effect on her mental health.
Officers are becoming increasingly concerned for Jemma and want to make sure she is safe and well.
