CCTV appeal following theft of bicycle in Warrington

Officers have issued a CCTV image following the theft of a high value bicycle in Stockton Heath.

At 2.50pm on Friday 3 March, officers responded to a report that a high-value black and yellow Nukeproof Mega pedal cycle had been stolen from the Forge Shopping Centre, London Road.

As part of the investigation, police have now issued a CCTV image of man that may have vital information.

PCSO Jordan Burke said:

“A number of enquiries have been underway since the report was made to us and as part of these we have released a CCTV image of a man we would like to speak to in connection with the incident.

“I am also keen to hear from anyone who may have seen something that didn’t look quite right in the area around the time of the incident.

“The same goes to anyone who may know the man in the CCTV or the man himself, to come forward to assist with our investigation.”
