CCTV footage issued following sexual touching in Liverpool City Centre

Detectives are issuing CCTV footage and images of a man who may have information following a sexual assault in Liverpool City Centre last month.
 
At around 6.55am on Sunday 19 September, a woman entered Orleans House Building on Earle Street and entered a lift. While in the lift, she was subject of sexual touching by a man, who touched her waist and kissed her on the neck. The lift stopped and the victim got out.
 
Following extensive CCTV enquiries in the area, we would like to speak to the man pictured and in the clip (below).

Detective Inspector Ben Dyer said: “This was an extremely distressing incident to experience and we are fully supporting the victim as our enquiries continue. The man shown in the video and images may hold vital information to assist.
 
“We’re determined to find the person responsible and put them before the courts so if you can help, come forward and we will take action.”
