The purpose of the Public Reference Group will be to help us shape our public contact offer for the future, specifically in the area of developing new contact channels and ensuring we are accessible to all.
The frequency of the webinars may change over time but initially we envisage an initial webinar to be held in early/mid- October and then every two months. Webinars are likely to take place early evening and last about half an hour to an hour.
The webinar will be held virtually to start and will be hosted be a member of the Public Contact Senior Leadership Team.
We would like the Public Reference Group to be as diverse as possible and representative of the communities of Cheshire. Inclusion is the key, the greater diversity of the group, the better likelihood of producing an inclusive service.
