GMP Serious Collision Investigation Unit appeal for information after a collision in Bolton

A man who remains in a critical condition after being found injured at a bus stop in Manchester was assaulted

Shortly after 3:30pm yesterday (Friday 17 March), Greater Manchester Police were called to reports of a road traffic collision on Moss Bank Way, Bolton, between a vehicle and a pedestrian.

A young girl was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

The driver remained at the scene and he is continuing to assist police with enquiries.

No arrests have been made at this time.

Officers are now appealing for witnesses or anyone who may have footage of the incident – including CCTV or dashcam – to please get in touch.
