Do you know who the man in the black top is?
Detectives from Leigh CID have released a CCTV image of a man they wish to speak to in connection with an assault at a nightclub last month that left a man with serious head injuries.
It is believed that at around 12.45am on Sunday 8 August a man in his 30s was assaulted in Bar Quaye, which is on the junction of Twist Lane and King Street.
The victim was punched in the head and fell to the dancefloor before he was taken to hospital with a fractured skull.
Investigators believe the attack was unprovoked and are asking anyone who witnesses the incident to contact them.
They also wish to hear from anyone who may know the identity of the man pictured in the CCTV image.
