At around 10.30am this morning (3 July 2022), police were called to a report of a concern for the welfare of a man at a property on Riverside, Mossley.
Officers attended and sadly a man in his 30s was pronounced dead at the scene.
Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances surrounding the death and officers will remain at the scene for the remainder of the day.
