Entrepreneur Katherine Jones, 30, from Liverpool has taken the UK by storm over the last 12 months with her two businesses, Influencer Marketing agency We Are Social Nation and ThinK Wine Group.
Katherine is now onto her third adventure, which involves starring in an exciting new reality show that will see selected CEOs challenged to ‘change the world’ through philanthropy.
The Social Movement is a reality documentary series by Chris LaVoie (Producer of the series Top Recruiter) that brings together 40 CEOs from around the world working to solve social and economic issues that are harming the planet. These issues include income inequality, access to health care, global warming, hunger, support for homeless people and a pandemic. Filming is due to take place early 2021
Katherine’s interest in business stemmed from her degree at a Leeds University studying International Business Management. Following her degree she went to Kentucky in the USA and worked within business & marketing at the Marriott Hotel. After this Katherine ventured over to China and worked in marketing for a start up US health food company.
Upon her return to the UK, Katherine’s drive and ambition led her to open up her own Influencer marketing agency, We Are Social Nation.
With a robust business model built, Katherine was keen to branch out into another business venture. She saw a gap in the market for a ‘healthier wine option’ which then led her to create the ThinK Wine Group in the summer of 2019. After multiple trips to Italy and a lot of fine tuning, a delicious vegan, organic, reduced calorie Prosecco and Pinot Grigio sparkling wine was created and ready for sale. Twelve months on and ThinK has a remarkable online following, is stocked in many up market venues throughout the UK and has survived a global pandemic.
Katherine’s business empire is going from strength to strength due to her entrepreneurial qualities and personable nature. Big things are on the horizon for her over the next 12 months.
