We have charged a 45 year-old man with the murder of 54 year-old Helen Joy.
Helen’s body was discovered at a property in Twickenham Drive, Leasowe on Monday (1st February).
Kevin Ashton also of Twickenham Drive, was tonight charged with her murder.
He has been remanded into custody to appear at Wirral magistrates court today, Friday 5th February.
