Officers have charged a 22 year old man after they discovered a cannabis farm on Lincoln Street, Liverpool.
Ronaldo Toli of no fixed address was arrested at the scene on Sunday afternoon (24th Jan) and over 300 cannabis plants were seized.
Toli has since been charged with the production of a controlled Class B drug.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Liverpool Magistrates Court today (26th Jan). #OpTarget
