Officers investigating the discovery of a cannabis farm in Warrington have charged a man.
Charlie Cooper, 27, of Padgate Lane, Warrington was charged with production of cannabis, escape from lawful custody and possession of criminal property.
He was remanded into custody and appeared at Chester Magistrates’ Court on Monday 27 March.
He has since been released on conditional bail.
The charges relate to a cannabis grow being discovered at a property on Hale Road, Widnes on 15 August 2022.
