Detectives investigating an assault on two teenagers on Fell Street in Kensington on Monday night (27th June) have charged a man.
John O’Donnell, 56, of Holt Road, Kensington, has been charged with two counts of s18 assault, s4a racially aggravated public order and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Wirral adult remand court today, Friday 1st July.
