Man charged with fly tipping following incident in Tranmere

Statement on unexplained death of woman in Fazakerley

We have charged a Tranmere man with fly tipping following an incident earlier this year.

On Wednesday 3 March, officers were called to Bebington Allotments, Bebington Road, Tranmere to reports of fly tipping of waste at the location. 

27-year-old Jonathon Rainer of Parkhurst Road has now been charged with the following offences: 
Deposit without an environmental permit controlled/extractive waste in/on land and 
Occupier of domestic property fail to take measures to secure transfer of household waste is authorised. 

Rainer will next appear at Wirral Magistrates Court on Monday 23 August.
