Man charged with murder of Paul Morgan

Further restrictions to be introduced to curb spread of COVID-19 in Merseyside

We can confirm a 21-year-old man has been charged in connection with the murder of Paul Morgan in Toxteth on Saturday, 19 September.

Joshua Morgan, of Prince William Street, Liverpool, was yesterday (Monday, 21 September) charged with murder and possession of a knife blade/sharp pointed article in a public place and remanded in custody to appear at South Sefton Magistrates Court today (Tuesday 22 September).

A post mortem revealed Paul Morgan, 39, died as a result of a stab wound to the chest.
