Yesterday (6th May) Local Policing Officers arrested and charged Patrick James Duggan for breaching the terms of his gang injunction issued by Liverpool County Court on 25th September last year.
Duggan who is 26 from Beechwood, Wirral breached the injunction in early March 2020 after being in the company of a named individual he is prohibited from associating with.
Yesterday, Duggan was located in a flat in Wirral and has today (7th May) been sentenced to 154 days in prison.
In addition to this, officers also carried out two simultaneous warrants at addresses in Wirral where they located cash, designer clothing, a Rolex watch and a small amount of suspected cannabis and cocaine.
A third search was also carried out at two storage containers in Birkenhead where six off road bikes and a Land Rover were seized. The investigation in relation to this is on-going.
