We are appealing for help in tracing the next of kin of a 69 year-old woman who has passed away in Waterloo.
Sandra Owen was found sadly deceased at her home addreess on Thursday 14th May.
There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding her death. She lived alone but it is believed she had children.
