Reminder to people to abide by current lockdown regulations after nine people fined at Knowsley party

We have charged a 41 year-old Wirral man with conspiracy to supply Class A and B drugs.

Mark Stephen Edwards, of Princes Avenue, Eastham, was arrested at his home address yesterday.

He was charged with conspiracy to supply cocaine, heroin and cannabis and was remanded into custody to appear at Wirral adult remand court today, Friday 30th July.

The charges form another part of the Merseyside Police response to Operation Venetic: a national investigation into the use of encrypted mobile devices, commonly referred to as Encrochat.
