Man charged with four offences following incident in Widnes

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man had his watch stolen on the forecourt of a Ferrari garage in Wilmslow Road, Handforth.

At 6pm on Friday 26 November two men approached the victim on the forecourt of the sales showroom and assaulted the victim before taking his Cartier watch.

They ran from the scene in the direction of Wilmslow Town Centre.

The first man is described as 5’11” tall and of slim build. He was wearing dark trainers, dark tracksuit bottoms, a dark tracksuit top and a black face mask
The second man is described as white, 5’ 9” tall, of stocky build and wearing dark clothing and a dark face mask.

DC Sarah Newton said:

“We have been making a number of enquiries in the area and would urge anyone who has CCTV or has been driving by and has dash cam footage that may assist us, to contact police so we can progress with our investigation.”
