Wanted – Colin Kelter
Police are appealing for the public’s help to trace a wanted man from Crumpsall.Colin Kelter (16/09/71) was released from prison in November 2020 after being jailed in April 2019 for burglary.
He is wanted on recall to prison after breaching the conditions of his license.
Kelter is known to have links to the Crumpsall, Blackley, Cheetham Hill and Miles Platting areas of Greater Manchester.
