Halton Borough Council wants to make consumers aware that TV’s are being sold from the back of vans at various sites across Cheshire.
There is a possibility the traders may turn up within the Borough.
Halton Borough Council’s Executive Board Member for Trading Standards, Cllr Dave Cargill, said: “I would advise consumers to wary of purchasing these TV’s, as there is no way of knowing if they are working, safe and/or stolen goods.”
