TEN STEP INSTALLATION PROCESS
Our ten step installation process ensures that every uPVC Fascia Board and Soffits replacement in Wirral, Liverpool and Cheshire undertaken by our company is nothing short of Perfect!
✔️ Installation of Portable Scaffolding System.
✔️ Remove bottom row of roof Tiles and trim back damaged or rotting flt, and replace with new felt where required.
✔️ Remove old Fascia Boards and Soffits.
✔️ Check joists for rot or damage and repair if require
✔️ Align new Soffit hangers and install new Soffits.
✔️ Install new Fascias, Barge Boards, Box Ends.
✔️ Install new Ventilation system above Fascia Boards if needed.
✔️ Install new Guttering, Down Pipes, Eaves Guard Trays.
✔️ Replace damaged or rotten Felt and replace bottom row of Tiles and install over fascia protection if needed.
✔️ Clean and Seal the finished installation.
