Detectives from Runcorn have charged a man in connection with two burglaries in the town.
Josh Dutton was arrested by officers investigating two break-ins at the Vape Hut on Church Street.
The incidents occurred on Monday 23 August and Wednesday 8 September.
Dutton, of Albert Road, Widnes, has since been charged with two counts of burglary.
The 31-year-old has also been charged with one count of shoplifting in relation to an incident at JD Sports in Widnes on Wednesday 25 August.
Dutton has been remanded in police custody and is set to appear at Warrington Magistrates’ Court today, Friday 17 September.
