Tributes made to former Liverpool Councillor

City marks International Workers’ Memorial Day

Tributes have been made to former Liverpool Councillor Adele Dowling who has sadly passed away.

Adele Dowling represented the ward of Anfield for eight years as part of Liverpool City Council and was well known for being “kind” and having a “massive heart”.

On Monday 27th April 2020, flags were flown at half-mast across the council’s civic buildings.
