Two charged with burglary – St Helens

City ready for the return of the Premier League at Goodison Park

Merseyside Police can confirm two people have been charged and appeared in court following a number of burglaries in the St Helens area.

Aidan Kay, 26 years of Green Leach Court, St Helens has been charged with two counts of burglary, theft from a motor vehicle, five counts of attempted theft of a motor vehicle and fraud.

Leanna Gilbart, 31 years of Albion Street, St Helens has been charged with burglary, attempted theft of a motor vehicle, handling stolen goods and fraud.

The pair appeared at St Helens Magistrates Court on Thursday, 18 June. Kay was remanded in custody and Gilbart has been given conditional bail to appear on Thursday, 16 July.
