Wanted: Andrew Armstrong

Please share and help us find Andrew Armstrong, who detectives want to speak to in connection with a drugs offence.
 
Armstrong, 37, failed to appear at Liverpool Crown Court in relation to a cannabis farm found in Birkdale, Southport in 2017. He has been circulated before but we still need any information to track him down.
 
Armstrong is described as white, 5ft 9in tall, of medium build, with dark brown hair, green eyes, and has connections to Bootle and Southport in Sefton. Armstrong also has links to the Fife area of Scotland.
