Andrew Prince, 45, is wanted after failing to adhere to his licence conditions after serving a sentence for possession of an offensive weapon.
He is described as being around 6ft tall, has a medium build, with blue eyes and dark brown hair.
He has links to Liverpool city centre and Wirral.
