WHY NOT PLAY ‘BUG BINGO’ WITH YOUR CHILDREN IN HALTON’S CROWN?

Throughout lockdown we have seen more people than ever using our parks and green spaces. It has been lovely to see people of all ages enjoying these jewels in Halton’s crown.

Have you got young children? Why not set up a bug bingo game for them? Everything you need is on the Woodland Trust’s site.

Halton Borough Council’s Executive Board Member for the Physical Environment, Cllr Ron Hignett, said: “This is a great bit of fun which also teaches children about the natural works on their doorsteps.

“We will be putting out ideas over the summer for responsible ways to enjoy our parks.”

Don’t forget we want to encourage people to Tweet or Facebook their park pics to us using, #LoveHaltonsparks and #Loveparks or email them to publicrelations@Halton.gov.uk – We will share the best ones. So get snapping!
