Officers are appealing for witnesses after a man was assaulted outside Fusion Nightclub on Fleet Street in the early hours of Thursday morning (22nd July).
The incident is reported to have occurred just before 5am when two men were involved in an altercation. The victim was allegedly punched, knocking him to the ground and resulting in facial injuries.
The man did not receive medical attention but was understandably shaken by the incident.
