Officers investigating a suspected arson in Wigan have released images of a man they wish to identify and speak to as part of their enquiries.
In the early hours of Friday 10 July 2020, police were called to reports of a large fire at Hardings Tyres on Moat House Street in the Ince area.
The fire caused damage to numerous nearby cars and businesses and local houses also became covered with debris from the tyres. It is believed damage caused by the fire will ultimately equate to a six-figure sum.
Images released by police today (Friday 28 August) show a man in a grey-hooded top, with a slim build and a distinctive walk, on Moat House Street around the time of the attack.
Police would like to speak to him in connection with the incident.
