CCTV appeal following theft and fraud in Wirral

Recognise this man? Officers think he may have information to assist an investigation into theft and fraud offences in Wirral.
 
On Wednesday 22 February, a bag, bank cards and other items were stolen from a car in the Tranmere area. Banks cards were subsequently used at local shops.
