We are continuing to appeal for the public’s help to locate a 33-year-old man from Birkenhead who is wanted on a recall to prison after breaching his license conditions.
Ryan Blackburn, who’s last address was in Ellesmere Port, has breached his license conditions following his release in July 2022 after serving a sentence for a drug offence.
He is described as 5ft 6in tall, medium build, brown eyes and short fair hair.
He has links to Birkenhead, Rock Ferry and Ellesmere Port.
