Officers have charged a man with drugs offences following a stop check in Warrington.
Michael Sherwood was arrested on Saturday 24 July after officers stopped a red Vauxhall Astra on Lysander Close.
The 49-year-old has since been charged with possession with intent to supply class B drugs and possession of criminal property.
Sherwood, of Vulcan Close, Warrington, has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Warrington Magistrates’ Court today (Monday 26 July).
