OP TARGET: Five people arrested following warrant at Wallasey pub

Wirral officers have arrested five people and seized suspected drugs following a warrant in Wallasey yesterday morning, Monday 7 December.

At around 10am, officers from Operation Target carried out a drugs warrant at the Rose and Crown pub on Poulton Road. Suspected cocaine and cannabis was found inside the premises and five people were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply drugs, as follows:

A 35-year-old man; a 33-year-old man; a 31-year-old man; and 48-year-old man; and a 32-year-old woman, all from Poulton. They were taken to police stations for questioning and have been released pending further enquiries.
