A 22 year old man who was wanted on a European Arrest Warrant has been arrested by #OpTarget officers in Knowsley.
Jack McDougall was located at an address in Towerhill, Kirkby on 22nd September 2020.
He has been charged with drugs offences in Belgium and will now be extradited to Belgium where he will serve two years imprisonment.
