Three men have been charged with a series of drugs and firearms offences as part of an investigation by officers from the North West Regional Organised Crime Unit.
Paul Woodford, aged 55 of Marl Road, Bootle, Thomas Speed, aged 33 of Moor Hey Road, Kennessee Green and Scott Rosseau, aged 38 of Winton Court, Calshot Street, London have been charged with the following offences:
• Conspiracy with Others to Possess for Sale or Transfer Prohibited Firearms
• Conspiracy with Others to Possess Ammunition Without Holding a Firearm Certificate
Speed and Rosseau have also been charged with:
• Conspiracy to Supply a Controlled Drug of class A, namely cocaine
• Conspiracy with Others to Supply a Controlled Drug of Class A, namely diamorphine.
They have all been bailed to appear at South Sefton Magistrates Court on Wednesday, 3 March.
