Wanted: Stephen Tierney

Stephen Tierney, 34, is wanted on a prison recall after he breached his licence conditions. 
 
Tierney is white, 5ft 9in tall, of proportionate build, with blue eyes and brown hair. He speaks with a Liverpool accent and has tattoos on his right arm.
 
He has links to Old Swan, West Derby and Huyton.
