Cream ‘On the Waterfront’ is bringing four concerts to Liverpool’s Pier Head later this week.
From Thursday 16 to Sunday 19 September, ticket holders will be entertained by a mix of headline acts and classic Cream sets.
A number of road closures will be in place in the lead up to, during and post-event to ensure it is set up and dismantled safely.
Until Thursday 23 September, Canada Boulevard from Brunswick Street to Isle of Man Gates, including Water Street, will be closed to all traffic. However car park facilities for all buildings will be maintained throughout these times.
From 10pm on Wednesday 15 September until 8pm on Monday 20 September, only residents, deliveries and Merseytravel staff will be able to access Brunswick Street, Mann Island and George’s Dock Way.
Thursday’s concert with Nile Rodgers & CHIC and Friday’s concert featuring Camelphat will both start at 5pm, doors open from 4pm.
Saturday’s Cream Classics and Sunday’s Cream Ibiza Classics will begin at 1pm, with doors open from 12 noon.
All events close at 11pm.
A ‘Residents Hotline’ has been set up to answer any queries that people living near the Pier Head may have.
