Due to significant operational difficulties, there may be disruption to some blue bin recycling collections in Halton.
Residents are advised by the Council that if their blue bin is not emptied, then collection will not take place until the next scheduled collection day in a fortnight’s time.
These difficulties will affect the Council’s ability to return and empty missed bins of any type. Therefore, residents whose blue, or black, bins are not emptied should not contact the Council as we will be unable to return to empty them. We will, instead, take any additional waste or recycling presented for collection on the next scheduled collection day.
