Three people charged following County Lines warrants across Merseyside

Detectives have charged three people following County Lines warrants in Merseyside, Lancashire and Cheshire on Tuesday 23 February.

The warrants were carried out as part of an ongoing investigation into suspected child criminal exploitation and drug dealing in the North West. The following people were charged:

24-year-old Daniel Clarke of Flers Avenue, Latchford, Warrington, Cheshire was charged with Arrange or facilitate travel of another person with a view to exploitation.
46-year-old Louise Hilton of Yarrow Road, Chorley, Lancashire was charged with Concerned in the supply of Cocaine; Concerned in the supply of Heroin; and Arrange or facilitate travel of another person with a view to exploitation.
20-year-old Emily Norman of Festival Avenue, Orford, Warrington, Cheshire was charged with Arrange or facilitate travel of another person with a view to exploitation.

All three have been remanded in custody to appear at court this morning, Thursday 25 February.
