Halton’s own Claire Pitt has been nominated for the Liverpool City Region People’s Choice Awards for outstanding contribution to culture.
Claire is a Halton artist who was behind many of the activities for Halton Borough of Culture 2021. She brought together arts and cultural organisations with the local community and created a public gallery for local artists who had never considered showing their work publicly before.
