Leanne Bentley (23/10/92) of Brookcroft Road, Wythenshawe has been charged with murder.
She has been remanded to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court on Monday 1 June 2020.
A 36-year-old woman and a 15-year-old boy have been released with no further action.
On 21 May 2020 51-year-old Peter Richardson died as the result of a stab wound.
