Police are appealing for the public’s help to trace a wanted man, originally from Kabul in Afghanistan

Police are appealing for the public’s help to trace a wanted man, originally from Kabul in Afghanistan.

Mohammed Rasulzai (01/01/1979 ) is wanted in connection with an incident of causing death by dangerous driving that took place on Oxford Road in the University area of Manchester on Wednesday 18 December 2002.

23-year-old Simon Collins was taken to hospital, where he sadly died from multiple injuries two days after the collision.

Rasulzai is also wanted for failing to appear at Manchester Crown Court for this offence on Monday 1 September 2003.

Rasulzai is believed to be known by the names of Mohammed Habib, Rasulzai Mohammed, or Habib Rasulzai.

He is known to have links to Greater Manchester, West Midlands, and Cambridgeshire.
