Know this man? 31-year-old Michael Flaherty is wanted on a prison recall after breaching his licence conditions.
Flaherty has links to Seaforth in Sefton and to Caernarfon in North Wales.
He is 5ft 6in tall, of slim build, brown hair and blue eyes, and has distinctive neck tattoos.
