As the year begins, I would like to wish everyone prosperity and happiness in the Year of the Dragon.
We have so many exciting events in Liverpool this year to celebrate the Lunar New Year, I hope everyone is able to enjoy them.
As a city we are fortunate to boast the first Chinatown in Europe, we have a vibrant Chinese community and enjoy a brilliant relationship with Shanghai, our twinned city.
